okay...so here's the weekly tipping question

Sorry gang....just have to ask the same tipping questions again so my mom doesn't kill me!

Can you tell me how much to tip all of the following:

limos (2 limos and 1 antique car)
florist
hair (coming to my house for 5 people)
makeup (coming to my house for 5 people)
Band
String quartet for church
steel drums for coctail hour

anyone else I forgot?

This may sound completely nuts, but I am at the point where I may just stick $1,000 in my bra and determine how I feel at the end of the day....

FH and decided to have the maximum amount in the envelope and if the people do an excellent job and we're pleased - they get the full amount, if they are not busting their butt's - we're going to lower the amount.

I'm not tipping make-up and hair stylist since they determine their own price. Also not tipping Limo since gratuities are included in the price.
