Hi ladies! So I went for a hair and makeup trial today. Please give me your honest opinions! Any criticism would be helpful! I can already tell you what I dont like
1. I feel like my forehead looks too big. This is a personal issue I have...I have alwaysthought I have a big forehead. Overall I feel like my hair looks plastered to my face.
2. I don't really wear alot of makeup so to me it looks like alot. Also, my eyes look buggy in one of the pictures...I don think I was ready for the pic to be taken.
3. Something about the hair on top bothers me. I just can't figure out what.
Please any help would be appreciated! I think I am going to book them anyway becuase I feel like they are really talented and very nice. Do you think I should go for another trial elsewhere? Part of me just wants to pick someone and get it over with but another part of me wants to make sure I have the best person for me.
Any and all criticism is appreciated! I am not sensitive! I can take it!!!

You look beautiful! Don't worry...we all have issues with ourselves. You look very beautiful in both before and after shots! Imagine yourself in your gown and veil...the entire picture will be perfect!

+I think everything looks great. I know when I had my trials done, I felt so weird and nothing looked right, but I'm not used to getting my hair and makeup done by someone else. I ended up booking not because of how I looked, but because of how easy the girls were to talk to. I think you look great!

i really like the trial. I also kind see what u mean abt the top. may i suggest
- maybe trying the bun in a different way?? - a few soft curls to frame yr face

I like everything about the hair style. It's not your regular updo with the flowing curls; it's much classier.
I like the way the hair is swept back away from your face. But since you say you have issues with your forehead, I would ask the hair stylist to loosen some of your hair in the front so it won't look sort of 'pulled back' as tightly.
I too feel uncomfortable with makeup, since I don't wear much makeup at all. But yours looks natural and the colors aren't screaming out for attention.
I would book them and cross this off your list!

The one thing I don't like is the very obvious difference in color between your face and neck. If you go with this person (and I can guess who it is from your eyes), have her work to blend your face and neck so that there isn't a drastic difference.
Other than that, you look lovely.

Thanks everyone! I had the trail with Jillian and Sarah from gorgeous faces. They are wonderful and extremely talented and so friendly! I am definitely going to book them.
I think I am going to ask Sarah to maybe make the hair that is swept over a little softer...and something about the top...i can't put my finger on it...
any other suggestions???

Your make-up looks great and you're really photogenic! Only thing with your hair- maybe they could break up the long curl on top to make it a little softer? You're so young and pretty- I think you would look great in a softer (but still elegant) style... (JMHO).

i think you look beautiful!!!! i don't think your forehead looks the least bit big, but if you're really concerned, i agree with the others who said to have the hairstyle loosened up a bit in the front to give it a less pulled-back look. but i LOVE the back - i think it looks terrific!!!!! i also really like the makeup, except for the face/neck color difference. but like you said, you will be tan, so that won't really come into play.
overall, thumbs up!!!!

I was thinking that she might be able to do a different part. Not so to the side, or so 'hard' looking. But I do think you look gorgeous and your make-up is simply beautiful!!

about the forehead issue, i know how you feel because everybody has their hangup that they focus on...did you ever consider cutting bangs? i know it may seem a bit drastic, but having long bangs to sweep across your forehead may be what you're looking for...

I love the makeup!!
The only suggestion for the hair I have is possibly leave some pieces down in the front and curl them? Or leave them straight? That may change the feeling of your forehead being too big. (Although I think both hair and makeup looks great!)
