Does anyone have Oksana's contact info? I emailed her over the weekend and I haven't heard back yet. Is that normal?

yes, its normal. She will probably get back to you tomorrow. I remember when I initially had my trial with her and Jenn that they said that wednesday is their email day. I guess because they get so many they have to dedicate a whole day to checking and responding!
