I have been trying to contact Oksana now for a week via email as I know she is a very busy woman to confirm next week and her arrival time. I still haven't heard back from her. Should I also try to call her? I don't want to be annoying, but I know that I will feel better once I speak to her about everything.

I would totally call her. Your wedding is in a week and you need to confirm, I do not think that is being annoying at all. If someone does not get back to you by e-mail it is time to take it up a notch and just call. I am using her to and know how difficult it is to get in touch with her. I will not hesitate to pick up the phone when it is a week before my wedding.

absolutely call her -- I'm surprised she didnt get in touch with you -- she emailed me a week or so before to confirm. But yes, she is quite the busy lady. Give her a call

she called me a week before my wedding to confirm it and sent me an email. you should definitely call her

Thanks girls- I received an email today from her- I think there was so some of technical glitch- I submitted a response on her site after emailing here, but I never received her response.
