Ol, have most booked, but need make-up advice!
who are you having do your make up? I want someone who will not make me look like a 'clown' ( I like the natural look) and that the make up will stay on most of the day with a few touch ups (hopefully all day long). I also need her to come to my home. thank you!

You can call Jackie from IMAKEUP (she has her info on the vendor listings). She comes to your home, Also Paula Young is very good. She did a friend's mother's make up for her wedding. It is totally up to you if you want your make done or not. You can try it a few times at home first and see what you think. Usually with the professionals all you need to retouch is your lipstick. Most use a primer to help the makeup stay on and look fresh. But you can probably go to the MAC counter and get the same stuff. I personally want to have mine done for that day. But my friend did her own and looked beautiful all day.

I know I have said this before but call Jillian from gorgeous faces. I had a trial a few weeks ago and wanted the same thing a natural look. She did an incredible job on me and it made me so excited for the day. She does come to your home to do it. She is posted under the vendors here also.

make-up
I had trials with Kristen (Enchante) and Jeanne from the Lancolm counter at Macys in Commack. I'm going with Jeanne. Her look was more what I wanted and the makeup stayed on all day. The trial was at the counter but she's coming to my house for the wedding.

i just found this incredible make up artist her name is Julie from Discover Your Beauty. She is fabulous, she gave me such a Natural look, and did all my colors, brought out my best features and did exactly what I wanted. Best of all she''''s a very nice person, very professional, her rates are reasonable and will come to your home the date of the wedding. You''''ve got to call her and let me know how you liked her. Call her at 631-642-1792. Good Luck Helen

I'm using Pauline-she's excellent
I loved the way my make-up and hair came out.My mom (who is brutally honest)said I looked great. I too like the natural look, and I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, and she made me look just like them! She also does hair, and she will travel to you.Do a search on past posts, or feel free to ask any other questions. Continued success to all...

Iliena
Do, you know anything of Iliena? Is she in her early twenties or from the huntingtion early. I used to go to Hs with a girl with that name and I really didn't think it was that common.. so was just wondering. She used to have dark straight hair, thin..???
