Old Westbury Gardens...

I'm looking into having wedding pictures taken at Old Westbury Gardens. I've seen other girls pictures and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Here are my two questions: 1) In the summer they only have outdoor sites available, what happens if it rains? do you lose your money? and 2) which garden did everyone choose? there are so many...

hey girls! I actually reserved to take my pics there (but then i decided to change it-nothing against the place tho!) but the place is beautiful....im pretty sure u get 1 1/2 hours for pics in 2-3 gardens of your choice and in the case of rain you take pics indoors. The gardens are open to you and ur BP only- I know they have a form and request a $100 deposit to hold your date. If your time is after 4 (i think) then the price goes up. I dont have the papers with me (im at work) but I think it was $395 for the hour and a half...they are so nice if you call or go and visit. Me and FH went in the summer and looked around...they also have sites available if you choose to do your ceremony there (extra charge of course) If you need to kno any more FM me... i have all the info at home...
ps- i really liked the walled garden..it also depends on the time of year, since my wedding is in May- they said not to choose the rose garden bc they are not in bloom yet, so that will play a big part- in august (when i went) the walled garden had all wildflowers...beautiful!!
