Old Westbury Gardens vs. The Planting Fields

Hi --Has anyone been to either --which is nicer for wedding pics?

Also, I am getting married in June --if it rains, are you allowed to take pics inside the mansion at Old Westbury Gardens?

I've never been to the Planting Fields but Old Westbury Gardens is absolutely, positively, beautiful for wedding pictures. I regret that I can't have mine taken there. I have no idea what they do though, in the case of rain. You can give them a call -- they'll be happy to advise you.

I'm also researching on a place to take pictures.

Old westbury gardens is beautiful.

If it rains you can get your money back or have pictures taken in the west porch (beautiful glass enclosed porch) at Old Westbury Gardens

Go to Franklin Square Photographers (they're on the boards), skip intro go to virtual weddings choose parks and look at the pictures!!!!
