Olive Garden Commercials

Oh, I totally agree!! First of all, they always make Italian people look like total fools! Since I'm of Italian descent, that gets me mad too!! But those were the old school Olive Garden commercials where 'we passa' the bread, and a' then we passa' the baby!'

However, I think the advertisers finally figured out that the Olive Garden is to Italian restaurants what Ragu is to homemade Italian tomato sauce, so they've decided to change their pitch...

Now it looks more like the people who go to the Olive Garden have never been more thrilled before in their entire lives than they are in front of Olive Garden breadsticks.

Now, if it were the cheese rolls at Red Lobster, I could understand the enthusiasm...

OMG i remember these! So bad!

Yeah, I highly doubt that their 'chefs' go to a culinary school in Italy. Somehow the 'just-defrosted-and-reheated-in-the-microwave' taste doesn't seem like something they would teach you to do in Italy.

olive garden makes me GAG

Olive Garden is an insult to my nationality. I can count on 1 hand how many times i've been there, and 3 of the times were with my grandparents who 'had coupons' i eat the salad and soup....and then suffer for at least 2 days for it.
