Now I can't seem to remember who, but some lovely bride on here recommended them to me for a coach bus for guests. So far, they are the ONLY place that isn't booked solid for my date (and I've called about 15 places) and they are reasonably priced and I like that they run out of Brooklyn. Well, FMIL and I have been playing phone tag with them all week trying to book this bus. Finally, we get in touch with the lovely, non-English speaking Irena. Despite their language barrier and BOTH of their thick accents, FMIL somehow gets through all the logistics, though I shudder to think of the mistakes, and Irena says she's going to send a contract via e-mail. Well we waited and waited and nothing. So FMIL says, you call and give her the e-mail address again. So I called and I said you've been speaking to Veronica O'Connor regarding a May 14th, 2010 reservation, I was wondering if you had gotten a chance to send that contract or maybe the e-mail address was wrong and I'd like to verify. Irena's response? 'Okay, how many pasengers.'
So my question is this- bride who recommended them (or anyone with experience with them!)- How in the hell did you actually get through booking with them? LOL! Should I speak to a manager? Or should I just go down there and do this in person? I wanna get it DONE! TIA!

Re: Omega Express Bus (x-post from 2010 board!)
I haven't worked with them, but I come from a family with heavy spanish accents and I think it is easier to communicate in person. Take the trip to their office it would probably less of a headache and mabye there would be somone else there if she still doesn't understand

WAHH! I don't wanna. LOL! I know FMIL will b!tch and moan about having to go down there (meanwhile, if she had done this months ago when she was *supposed* to, this wouldn't be happening!) and I can't go until next Wednesday!! Nothing's ever easy.
