so we started work on the house yesterday. we hired a guy.. he started at 10:30!!!!!!!!!!!!
welll this effin hell hole we live in we cant do work on the place on weekends.. well unless the co op board wants to pay our salaries where we can stay home and work on the place on the weekdays, they can eat the corn out of my shyt. effin aholess
so today the guy isnt coming, but fh decided to take some wires and moldings out of the hallway to save the worker some time.
wellll security rang our bell.. and fh was like go answer it im in my underwear. s o i did. and the guy was like some1 put a call in. u cant do work on the house on the weekends. im like reallly? who put the call in? ( he wouldnt say)
but serious NONE of our neighbors would call in cuz we're realllly good friends with all of them... eccept the stupid c u next tuesday upstairs. u know...the 1 that vacuums at 6 am and bangs her effin cane above our heads from 11 pm til 6 in the morning! (yes im serious)
the nexxxxxxxxxxt time she makes noise im calling the COPS. fk the security. i hope she drops dead.. or suffers from anal cancer or something. stupid effin wench.

yeah coop and condo rules can be strict... did you have to get shyt approved by them first?? thats how my old mgmt company was!!! such a ridiculous process!!

cant blast music either. noise pollution. besdies. we dont have anythign out now. the only thing plugged in is my laptop. no tv , no furniture. just my bed in a dark room lololol

as a coop owner I get the rules..trust me...some of us have different schedules and it can be annoying. Like my new guy blasts loud disco at 7am..Ithink that is ruse...and after 12am...not cool..that's why the rules are there..
HOWEVER..the time you stated was not early.
here's what I do, when I know I will be doing something on weekend, I tell my neighbors beforehand. it seems to work.
If you signed house rules that stated work during week only, you can be fined.

our neighbors are our friends. the only one that wouldve made a call was the bish upstairs. shes 86.. havent seen her in over a yr cuz shes confined to her bed. her caretaker lives with her. but her caretaker also has a daighter and her daughter brings her kids. and theres about 6 of them living up there in a 2 bedorom place. all these kids do is make noise. they run marathons up there.
ive rang their bell and knocked on their door several times. my next step is calling the cops on them. cant wait and no 10:30 was LATE
cuz even this morning.. i woke up to the bish cartaker VACUUMING her hardwood floors at around 7 am!!!!!!!!!!!!! uhmm 80% should be carpeted right? ERRF
if i say what i want to say on here, ill loose my acocunt. but its such a double standard in these co ops im sick of it

fh started today at 9. but literally a 5 min job. he took 2 nails off the wall and took a piece of floor moulding off.. THATS ITTTTTTT
when the security came, he was already done.

omg now im thinkign maybe it our other neighbor we hate.. but he lives in another courtyard. he and his wife ALWAYSS break their necks staring into our place.
so yestreday fh pulled down his pants and moooned them as they were invading our privacy looking into the apt at the work we're doing.
they prob called today.
ughhhh i hate ppl but im soo glad fh moooned them
