Our lawyer called yesturday, and he said that we are going to be closing the first week in March!!!! Im so excited!!! I cant wait!!! YAY!!!

i started looking at houses in our price range today on mlsli.com and almost had a heart attack!! the first things that came up were mobile homes! oh boy!
how do you know if you have enough money saved up to begin the house hunt??

Well, figure you need around 10% down and around $10,000 for closing costs. And there are many things in between you need money for ie: engineer, etc.
