OMG!!

I just looked at my ring and one of the bezel stones is missing!!!! I cant believe it...

is your ring insured through the jeweler as well as a seperate insurance agency?
If you have to go to your jeweler for inspections like i do then i'm sure they'll just replace it for you.

I'm sorry you lost a stone.

I am sorry this happened to you! But, the jeweler may just replace it for you, definitely ask! The same thing happened to my friend and her jeweler replaced the missing baguette for her. Good luck!

they should be able to replace it for you....i go every couple of months to the jeweler FH got my ring to get it inspected....they wanted me to leave it once to fix a side stone and I had a break down in the store....it wound up not being loose...the brain in the helpers head might have been....sorry i was so mad when she told me that she was not upset that some rinky dink ring she was wearing (not an engagement ring) had to be fixed , but she didn't mind leaving it.....My engagment ring vs every day jewelery are two VERY different things...this ring will never leave my site!

Make sure he fixes it in front of you....you should never have to leave the ring or let them fix it out of your site.....
