OMG!

I was just on the 08 boards and someone who gave an honest opinion on a vendor had the vendor call them to complain about her giving a bad review!!! So someone on the 08 boards called this vendor to tell them what she said!! That is nuts!

Now this poor girl is scared that all of her info, like her vendors, is gong to be messed with!!! I guess in the past another LIWer canceled another LIWers vendors on her and her wedding was ruined....and now she is worried that something like that might happen to her....I feel so bad for her. She just gave her opinion and she really didn't say anything bad!

These boards are vicious sometimes!

Yikes, scary stuff. It really suucks that these boards SHOULD just be for brides giving their honest opinions and not for vendors to come and lurk to see what others think of them. Sounds like that vendor needs to grow up!

Thats soo insane!!! People need to get a life! Plus isnt the purpose of these boards to help other brides, therefore dont we need honest oppinions! And for the person who ran to the vender HOW LOW CAN YOU GET! And the vender was way out of line to call her and harrass her!

Some girls can be sooo catty - this is why I have very few tight girlfriends - too many problems in the past. We are all here to help each and give our honest opinions - if we can't do that then what is the point of all of this? I hate that this bride has to be worried her wedding might be ruined b/c of her opinion and someone else's jealously - not fair!

My friend was a member when she was planning her 06 wedding and had the same thing happen to her. She vented about how one of her vendors (and LIW vendor) wasn't returning her calls and he called her and said how someone got in touch with him and told him she was upset he wasn't calling her. It's sad that some brides have no life and have to do things like that. I think it is even worse that the vendor would then call the bride and call her out on it.
