OMG

FH was just watching the news and he said that at the Walmart in Valley Stream a newsman was trampled to death by the crowds when the store opened. A woman was also knocked down and had a miscarriage. Craziness.

that is insane. WOW and DH wanted to go this morning at 5am to buy his brother a TV for his bday this weekend, he did stay up till 4am and then passed out he couldnt take it lol. Thank god he didn't, seriously i understand deals but people just turn insane and go too nuts. This is why I avoid black friday.

This is so sad and tragic, how are these ppl going to feel when they find this out and know their insanity caused this

'10 crashing... YEAH the Black Friday sales are CRAZY, I literally got sick after everything I went through last year to get our big tv at Circuit City. I told my FH 'never again' it's just way too crazy and dangerous. I drove by Green Acres with him last night at 1 am and we saw the lines outside Best Buy, Circuit City and Walmart. It's so sad that the guy died and that everyone was too concerned with getting their 'sales' to stop and help him. (Also I read that the miscarriage story was wrong, that people on the scene were just saying that and she was just knocked down and hospitalized for observation, thankfully!) That guy's poor family though

yea that is just so sick .... saw that this morning... we were both sick to our stomach. They said the woman was 8 mos pregnant and in the hospital but ok, just under observation
