FH just called me....

The other day I told FH I saw a really nice house in Carle Place w Carle Place schools, next to Williston Park.......complete crap house that needs to be gutted out and re-done.....but thats exactly what we wanted since FH owns a building co with his dad



Just get a phone call........'my dad and I are going to look at the house in a few minutes, he wants to make sure theres no real structural damage before I take you to look at it.......keep your fingers crossed.......'

My stomach just turned........didn't think he would go look at one just bc I said one looked nice!!?!?! Let's keep our fingers crossed!
