the estate @ east winds ballroom was just redone. CH is indoor and outdoors, only one wedding is at the estate at a time (its private..just you), its aprox $100pp before tax for a fri night..and the food is great. If you want some pictures I took a whole bunch when I went to see the updates- FM me!
I'm getting married in the Veranda which is upstairs. It's a small room - so it was less expensive. It also has an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. I'm paying less then 100 pp after taxes on a Saturday night. The room holds up to about 170 comfortably.
East Wind has more than one wedding but they have different entrances for all the weddings.

Re: OMG-
Check out Giorgio's...it's out on the east end but it fits your description very well! I was looking for the same things that you are looking for and I'm very happy with my decision! They are always doing work on their ballroom and renovating. I heard it's one of a few RH's that are putting money into updating their facility in this economy.

Giorgio's royalton estate bridgeview waterview
royalton and giorgio's are going to be over 110 pp
they are both gorgeous with the royalton being my absolute FAVE! everything the royalton does is custom and their menu includes EVERYTHING, so even tho they are a little pricey there are potentially no upgrades there I believe they are like 165-185 for a friday night
sorry I dont have any other advice for 200 people
did you try chateau la mer?

Re: OMG-
Try Majestic Gardens, the have a few different prices depending on the menu. But they have an updated ballroom and an indoor/outdoor CH and an outdoor ceremony. Also check out The Vineyards. The CH is on a deck.

you mayyyy be able to get Giorgio's at that price if you're flexible with the day of the week and time. But right off the bat I can tell you that a Fri and Sat night at Giorgio's are more than $110 pp.

We looked at Old Field and while it was very beautiful it was way too small for us (we had 200ppl) so I'm guessing it won't work for you either. Also, they quoted us well over 110. Just trying to help out and save you some time! Good luck!

Re: OMG-
Try Hamlet Willow Creek CC. It had everything you asked for except outdoor ceremony. They do have outdoor/indoor cocktail hour though.
Also The Meadow Club in Port Jefferson Station.
