OMG a little over budget

So FH and I just tried to figure out how much our weddings will total.......and it's a bit higher than expected

Are any of you ladies finding the same thing happening

yeah....our real budget came out to about 5K more than we first calculated....we forgot about stuff like tax and tip

YES! And I keep trying to tweek it down in other places and it's really difficult. Weddings are so expensive.. AAHH- What can't we all be like those Platinum Weddings girls....LOL

It's so tough when you are paying yourself.

Ummmmmmmm YEAH!! We're $10k over our origional budget and I get naucious when I think about it cause were paying for it all and its soooo much money!

OMG weddings are so expensive! I'm trying to cut corners. But, it gets crazy we are over by $5,000 .

Sigh. I am just begining the wedding planning, but it looks like we need to rethink the budget. I want to have a kosher wedding, so that makes things more expensive. Sigh.

When I first started, I had no idea how much money we would be spending on one day!!

We totaly knew it woudl get out of hand, so we're just taking it in stride and cutting corners in other ways, like we dont eat food at all now, we just drink water.

It is so hard to stay at a certain budget. The best move we made was all the money we made from the e-party we put into a CD account to grow and make us a little more money. That money is going to help us out at the tail end as far as tip, HM spending cash, and anything else that may come our way.
I'm saving $ on flowers big time I'm making my own CP's, by using candle holders, pics in Wedding stuff album.
Also, I'm going by many of the brides word's that 'It all works out in the END'.

That's exactly what my house is like right now..lmao!!!!

We are def. gonna wind up going a few thousand over ( maybe 3,000 - 5,000 or so ) ...maybe we can still cut some corners though.. i wont know til i see some more vendors.. but i had kind of expected that.. my mom is paying for a lot though and she didn't ..lol.. so she's not too happy about that!

well -we had game night last night instead of going out - - -we figure we need to get used to it so let's start staying home now ha ha ha ha.
ohhhhhhhhhhhhh it's going to be a long 11 months
