I've been looking on Expedia for the past 2 hours. All (seriously ALL) hotels are booked for next June when I wanted to go on my honeymoon. I was looking at Thailand, Greece or Tahiti. I went to Liberty Travel and they told me that it is too early to book and 2 come back in 6 weeks. Does this sound right??? Have all June 08 brides already booked their HM?

It's not to early. FH and I booked a trip to Jamaica for this past November and we did it in February. Maybe they are just saying that because of deals that will be coming out. How many TAs have you tried?

That's who we used too. Check some of the reviews to see who people used to book their HM. They might be able to give more insight.

Sometimes there is a hold on rooms with places like expedia until the TA's have been able to book some of the rooms.

Well, I kinda know what they mean...we booked our HM last week through AAA and our agent told us we could def book our actual HM but we have to wait a few more weeks for airfare b/c it was a bit too early...she said around September would be a good time to add the airfare...I have heard of this before...HTH

go to another travel agent or try TOm I hear hes got great deals. I will FM you the info on him. A bunch of girls on here used him and they rave. Cant hurt to check him out

a lot of places do not put room prices up for the next year more than 6 months in advance. also, a lot of places put the majority of rooms in blocks and then give those blocks to travel agents or wholesalers.
Try contacting Leslie from Travel Solutions or another travel agent before getting worried. Don't panic, they cannot all be full already.
