Omg Exhausted...

I have literally been cooking all day! Im cooking for Xams day & what a job. The eggplant rollatini is time consuming but boy oh boy it came out awesome. My sauce is just like my moms I LOVE IT! Plus the Baked ziti & all of the other italian trimmings i cant wait to eat! YUM!!!! But right now Im to tired to think of anything other then bed!

Holy c rap i hear ya! I started this afternoon and we havent stopped since! Your menu sounds delicious! we made stuffed peppers, pot roast, brown rice, mashed potatoes and string beans! Not to mention the darn cupcakes that took forever! Never again lol!

I'm doing the baking for my family, I spent the day making apple pie crust from scratch, cranberry sauce to put in the pie, linzer cookies...which take forever....now tomorrow I'm going to actually assemble and bake the apple pies (they requested I make 2...hogs LOL) and assemble my little linzer cookies....oh I almost forgot, I have to go to my grandma's because she wants me to help with the rice balls and the calamari salad...oh boy I'm exhausted already.

Vicki....I know how you feel....We need a vacation after the holidays.
