OMG girls I am so depressed right now.....

I'm at work and a new hire comes in who everyone thinks looks like me.
So when I'm introduced to her I'm immediately insulted. She is OK, pretty plain and about 15- 20 lbs heavier than me IMO. People in my office actually thought she was me from behind! I am so insulted and depressed over this.

A handful of people said they don't think she looks like me, but I don't know if they are just saying that because they know how bothered I was by it.

I guess I'm fatter than I thought. I keep telling FH that I used to be much more attractive and this incident just proves my point.

Just had to vent. Thanks ladies!

people are so off sometimes....its rediculous. People tell me that I look just like my cousin who is blond (I'm dark), and is like.....9x my size. When people say it I want to vomit. THey even say that she and I have similar personalities...I find her to be totally annoying. My husband even said we're NOTHING alike.
People just like to make connections for the sake of making a connection even if its not accurate.
With that said, I opened up one of your albums expecting to find a big fat pig.......you're gorgeous!

I'm sure that they are wrong! One person might have said that you two looked alike out loud and everyone started to agree just b/c it's easier than having their own opinion.

And as for that picture posted above, that was from August 2006 and I look pretty much the same. Although I'm not so blonde anymore.
