OMG!!!!! Guess what???

We think we found our house...we have to go to the town of smithtown during the week to find out certain things...but its a dream...Its across from a park ( which is protected ) and we want to find out if it would be a pain if we added on, put up a fence and so on.....

Now I just need some baby dust!!! haha

yes-- I live right on old willets path-- it is smithtown however I went to hauppauge school district && the schools are soo good-- safe area -- great-- we are looking to move because of the distance from the city (fh works mostly in the city) so we are looking in manhasset & Roslyn hights-- so house searching has just been a joy (sarcastic) loll--- if you dont mind the distance from nyc-- you will love it!! where are you moving from?

Not far..Im live two towns over.!! Although We lived in East Meadow for 3 years!!!DH works in Nassau so the commute will be prob 30 minutes for him. Not so bad. I love living east...I would live in manorville if I could..but that would be pushing it!!!

haha my fh would kill me if i wanted to buy our house out here lol-- he lives in bayside so early nassau is about as far as he wants to go-- but i love living closer-- I grew up in bayside so it will be nice-- change is soo nicee sometines

Change was great from East Meadow!! I agree...change of scenery!!! Now we are changing again and I love it haha...but hopefully this is our last move...my brothers are dreading another one ( the huge tv adn the heavy couches are a b$tch to get up the stairs lol ) Bayside Great investment!!! There is alot more to do though in Nassau county!!! Good luck chica!!!
