oh no!
I know how..... force yourself to workout prior to nibbling on the pudding.... not only does the exercise help, but it also reduces your appetite...

I hear you though. Before my wedding for some reason people would make my favorite things and bring them over to my house. Umm hello, did you want me to gain weight for my wedding It was unbelievable! And then after I got married, the favorite foods stopped coming. Very strange. I think they all had a plan to make me gain weight. It could just be that I was dieting so ANYTHING looked good to me at the time.

eat a piece and then bring the rest to work, it's what I did with all the goodies I brought home from the SB party last night!
