I think you should just calm down.

Peopl are just stupid. And if you allow them cause you stress, they are winning. If she is as inconsequential as you say she is then don't let her bother you. Its obvious she's a nut, don't play her games. You don't want/need her as a friend so let it go. Be civil when you need to be and thats it.
