need to vent this--- long story but there was a problem with somehting i was running yesterday so i call it into our hotline #. So all day today i'm waiting for them to call me back... i just said to my coworker 'i don't know whats taking them so long to get back to me'.. and he says 'oh they called this morning and left a message'. W T F???? Did the message mean anything to you??? was it pertaining to anything you were working on???? NOOOOOOOO!!!! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME???
the woman who took the message told him about it, but he never bothered to tell me!!!! Freakin IDIOT!!!!! he is the biggest MORON!!!! UGH!! i want to scream!!

OMG and my day got even worse!!!
I got a call from someone not able to login... so i tell the same idiot and he goes 'I know. I'm working on it'. So i go 'well I didn't know!!! thanks for informing me'. so he was working on it. meanwhile one of the women kept giving me calls about this problem... I'm not working on it!!! why are you giving them to me???? so at 4, when i go home, she gives me a message from someone about same problem... so i said 'give it to so and so!!! i'm going home!' she says real snotty 'well i don't know what to tell them'. so i yelled back 'well NEITHER DO I, since HE never bothered telling me!!!!' why would you forward ME calls for a problem SOMEONE ELSE is working on????
OMG i can't take this place any longer!!!! its filled with stupid people!!!! I need a large glass of wine!!!!
