So I have Aunt Flo with me right.... I did not get any Sleep last night... I am starving....
and To make things worse... The FIRST CALL I got in my job it was a freaking mean lady who called me

I so wanted to tell her so many things!!!!!!! But i have to and THINK I am working... but it was so hard.....

There is no reason for people to treat others that way... especially when you are just picking up the call...

Because She is not longer participating with our program. So if someone is unactive for 10weeks we just 'drop' them out of the program.
She was mad since she was drop and there was nothing we could do about it... So she started getting mad... and mad.... i was about to transfer to supervisor but she ended up calling me that and hagin up!!!!!!!!!

Wow that's completely horrible. I am really sorry to hear that a customer treated you that way.... but think happy thoughts, you're going to get married!!!!!!

I've always been in customer service of some capacity and its HARD to keep it together when people are yelling at you!!

Just keep your composure and unfortunately, the customer is 'always' right!

I worked in customer service for a while. It's odd how many emotions come out with people. They sometimes love you and ask for you and are so thankful, or they're sometimes bitchy, angry, all that kind of stuff.

With anger I think it can be like road rage, when a person has anger inside of them for other reasons and this is an outlet.

Also, sometimes I think they think if they throw a big enough fuss they'll get their way more, which is sometimes true unfortunately. Like if the customer makes a scene, managers sometimes just want to get them out of there or stop dealing with them. But that wasn't true in the instance you described because she hung up

I'm sorry you dealt with that Try to remember you have good things in your life and maybe she doesn't to be so angry.
