FH and I put a bid in on a Townhouse and it was accepted!! It is all going so fast!! I called my sister and suggested that it would be nice if my shower was a little earlier!! lol OMG!! Im a homeowner!! Its scary and ggreat all at the same time

It is in Bayshore--right off Sunrise Hwy--its a very nice area!! There are townshouses all around!! Some were just built, and some are a little older
