OMG-my belly is soooo itchy!

I've been using the cocoa butter but the past few days I want to itch my skin off! Sorry, just had to complain

LOL - I know what you mean. I use so much cocoa butter on my stomach that my DH keeps commenting on the smell!

Did the itch come first? If not you could be allergic to the cocoa butter. Not probable though. Sounds like the skin is streatching so you can have a nice pooch soon. Can't wait to see pics of a little tummy on you.

it's strange - I definitely have a belly now but I don't notice any itching, or luckily no stretch marks either yet!

The itching came before the cocoa butter so I know it's not a reaction-I guess it's just my belly growing. No stretch marks yet...I am hoping I don't get any My mom and grandma didn't so I know genes play some part in it.

Stretch marks can come after the baby too

Hi,

I used to have pretty bad stretch marks and red scars around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. My Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below.

Wow, this was 5 years ago! I am sure Danielle is no longer itching, even after her second child!
