OMG My brother got arrested... I am so worried about my mom!!!!

My brother has never been in trouble with the law before he is not a bad person. Never did anything wrong. He live's in Florida. He married a girl (that's the same age as me) who had a 7 year old girl. She was married and divorced not that that matters but just some background. She got pregnant (she told my brother that she couldn't get pregnant) before they got married. My brother owned a condo and a car before he met her. He took in her and her daughter in. We went there for the wedding. My best friend and I went and we went to Walmart with her. She stole and we had no idea. We got to the car and she showed us and went shhh.... I started screaming at her in the parking lot I have never stole anything in my life, I bought her 60.00 of makeup that day cause they had no money and she has to steal a 3.00 shirt for my nephew? I told her if you do that with the kids and get caught say good bye to the kids. They got married around easter time. She made a ham and told us at the dinner table about how she switched the tags on the ham she made it a lot cheaper. When we where at walmart she was saying how she was going to have AF for the wedding. She asked us about Tampons (sorry for TMI) She said she never used them before I said I only use Tampax and to be careful because you can get TSS She says to me 'O yeah I have that' Ok no. 1 maybe you had you don't have that, no. 2 you get it from Tampon's and you just said you never used them So she is a liar and a theif.

Today I went to my mom and Dad's to feed the cat. My mom went to A.C. with my aunt and my dad is in Florida to check on the condo after the hurricane. I saw messages on the machine So I played them one was from her and she sounded like something was wrong. I called her back and said what's wrong is everything ok? she said 'ya Im fine your brother got arrested' I said what why? she said 'because we had a fight and he called me a name and I slapped him he put his arm up and I need him and kid him in the face I gave him a black eye and a bloody lip' I told Shyanne (her daughter) to call the cops and he said no don't so I called the cop's they came and said we normaly take whoever has the less done to them but since you have the kids and no family that can take care of them we will take him instead'. She told me 'I was ready to go since i beat the sh*t out of him' In the meantime her mother lives a few towns over and watches the kids when they goto work. She was also there tonight when I called and whenever I talked to my brother she is there. She told me she called everyone his job my mom and dad and my aunt. She said 'you know he is probably gonna get fired from his job since now he will have a record and he drives for a living' He is a supervisor for AAA. Before they got married my mom said I have a bad feeling about her I feel like she is going to take you for all you got. You have a house and a car and everything else and then it will be half hers and I hate to admit it but she is right. My dad and uncle are on the way to bail him out of jail. She told me 'I know your dad probably bailed him out of jail but he shouldn't have cause he should sit in jail' I talked to my dad right after that and he said she told him that he was bailed out already so he was on his way to a bails bonds men ( I don't know what they are called) and then going to the jail. OMG I don't know what to do..... I needed to get it out and thanks for listening.

OMG! That's ridiculous. WHat a shady woman! I feel so sorry for your brother. That is totally unacceptable. I'm sure your bro will be ok. it's just insane he should go to jail for that wench. I'm so sorry

Thank you for listening. He has a friend who is studying to be a lawyer he went to the house after and took all the important things out that my brother wanted. They live in a condo and my brother is head of the board. This just looks so bad for him. I talked to my brother in law who has met my brother 3 times once at my sweet 16 I am 24 now. once at my wedding and my brother and sister and law just moved to florida so my brother invited them to his step daughters birthday since they just moved and didn't know anyone yet. He said if he needs a character witness I will testify That is not your brother.

Also Mike and I have tickets and a rental car for Oct. We are going there to surprise my brother for his sons birthday (my godson) now what.

I just talked to him. UGH.... I feel so bad he is almost crying. He said she took me for a ride and even his friend Jose said that. Jose is his boss and is going to see what he can do about his job. And Florida is a 50/50 state. She get's half of everything.

That's awful. At least he has family and frineds who aupport him and will stick up for him. You have to rely on the faith that people cna get through anything with enough support and love.

This chick sounds trashy. I don't know your brother, but he is probably a sweetheart of a guy who took pity on this girl and now he is paying for it. I have a friend who did the same type of thing and the woman did the same thing and told him she couldn't get pregnant, then she got pregnant, he married her and she supposedly miscarried AFTER he married her and agreed to support her and her four kids from 2 other marriages. (sorry I am going off on a tangent)


Do whatever you can to get your brother away from this horribly trashy lowlife of a person.

All of our first impressions of her was 'she is such white trash' And her Mother isn't any better.

OMG, I cannot believe this!!!! I hope that his lawyer friend can find some way of proving false arrest, that way she does not get ANYTHING from him.

wow..what a b*tch!! Reminds me of my brother's ex fiance. I had a HUGE fight with her and my brother realized family is more important and he was also being taken for ride!!

Sounds like she has a ton of issues. Lying about things, and stealing (and that is a cry for help if she then tells you about it afterwards, if she didn't want anyone to know she'd not tell anyone about the shirt or the ham). Sounds like she met him, saw the condo and thought 'well this is nice I bet I can get this off this guy'.

I hope that things work out for him, he sounds like a nice guy.

I don't know he never complained to me about. He did just tell me they finally got out of debt. It's Ironic that now this happens. She told me that on monday she is going to file for divorce.

He should counter-sue for divorce and see if he can get a really good divorce lawyer. I'm sorry this had to happen to him.

wow - that is so horrible. your poort brother - women who do that are scum in my opinion and only make other women look bad....i hope everything works out for him. he should have enough evidence to support himself in any court battle - his financial statements vs. hers, etc. so hopefully it will be ok.

Thanks everyone. My mom called me today and said that my aunt and uncles friends who live in Florida need work on their million dollar home. My brother was going there to do some of the work get his mind off of things. The lady is a doctor so she has lot's of condo's and lots of cars. She is going to let my brother use one of her car's she is alsi going to take him out to dinner tonight and talk things over with him. She knows some good Lawyers. My mom told me that Florida is Community property state and what ever he had before her the condo the car she get's nothing Everything they got after they got married is 50/50. But He is going to be lost with out his son. I think Im going to talk to him and see if he wants to sue for custody. No. 1 she's a theif. No. 2 She's a liar No.3 When my nephew was first born both her and her mother told me 'well if the baby is screaming I put him in the front seat and feed him a bottle while I drive' I almost fell off my seat. I was LIKE what I scream at people when they do stupid sh*t like that. If the airbag goes off he's dead. No.4 She works in Walmart should couldn't afford to support both kids. I feel so bad for my brother. He still doesn't know if he has a job. He begged me last night to not tell anyone. He is so emabarrased.
