OMG - My first CHECK!!!!

WE BOOKED OUR VENUE!!!!!!

Yesterday we gave our deposit for our wedding reception at.....

THE STEWART MANOR COUNTRY CLUB!!!

I am BEYOND excited right now!!! I can't say enough nice things about June at SMCC! She was so wonderful and nice, gave us amazing prices, and was just the sweetest person to work with! Steve and I even did a quick fly-by to the new vendors they are using for their wedding package, and we were there for over a half hour, just talking to the owners! I am SO happy right now - and I can't wait to celebrate our wedding day in such a beautiful and cozy place with the man I love! YAY!

Now, on to planning the engagement party!

Congrats! I really did love stewart manor (but for us we just didn't get 'the' feeling) so I'm a little jealous and excited to see pictures when the big day comes!!

woo hoo!!! congrats!!! thats the biggest check and relief! and they are great because they have inclusive vendors you don't need to hunt and search for your own!!! :)

It was a little 'dark' for what I was looking for. I'm so bad, I already forgot the woman's name. She was a nice older lady. I actually liked her a lot. Nice, but the cocktail area was too small & I felt for 175-200 people the reception would be tight. Loved the fireplace in the room though. I think it would be great for a winter wedding, not a summer like I was looking for.
