OMG, my first real job interview is tomorrow!! HELP

I'm freaking out right now!! I just got off the phone with Telerep, inc. and we scheduled an interview for tomorrow at 11:30 ...i've been interviewed before but only for part time positions while I was in school, this will be my first REAL interview, omg i'm so nervous!! Can you ladies please give me some tips? What should I wear??

First of all...CONGRATS! Don't worry...you'll be fine! If you have a nice shirt or slacks, and a blouse you'll be fine. Keep hair and makeup simple, and pulled together. Go in with confidence, but don't be cocky. Listen, and ask questions as well, but don't interrupt the interviewer. If they ask what you want the most out of the job, saying growth witin a compnay shows that you will be in it for the long haul...HTH....GOOD LUCK! Let us know how it goes!

Dress Nicely and Neatly - But Dont Overdo it!!!!
Be very Confident - but not Cocky!!!

Your experience and Education will take care of the rest!!!

Really great advice! I think I was borderline cocky with something I said on the phone today I'm not a cocky person at all but I thought that was kind of how you were supposed to be! Uggh.. I'm such an amateur..

-They are going to ask you 'Tell me about yourself' I recommend writing something out and not memorizing it but it will help you get your thoughts together

-Have a friend interview you (ETA) this will help you relax & prepare your answers ahead of time

-DO YOUR RESEARCH- if I am interviewing you, I want you to have done the legwork- I want you to know about my company- nowadays thats so easy with the web

-Finally- Be yourself, I will hire someone with a personality before someone who had a great GPA, let you natural personality shine through

You will do great, if you need anything, feel free to FM

Dress neatly - preferably a black suit

DO not overdue it with perfume and make-up..simple and clean

Reasearch Reasearch Research!!! Reasearch the company and parent company, all of their services and products..see if they've been in the news lately.

Also, research the job you'd be doing and ask lots of questions.

I would also have to say don't wear or do something that you may fidget with. . . if i wear my hair down or wear something with buttons i KNOW i will fidget with that so i always makes sure that my hair is neat and away from my face and there is nothing that i can 'play' with

know the answers to:
what are your faults?
what are your weaknesses?
what do you think YOU will contribute to this job?
what do you see as your future in this job?

definitely wear a suit no matter what. if it's a corporate environment, you can do either, but if it's generally casual (like advertising or an internet firm would be) then a pants suit is fine.

breathe. I have been on quite a few interviews over the last couple of weeks. I started my new job Monday.

Wear a suit. If you do not own one, you can get a matching skirt/pants and jacket stay with a black/grey or other neutral shade. Check out the company online and learn what you can. The 2 most asked questions I received...what are your strenghths and what are your weaknesses. You'll do great !
