I bought my house about seven years ago, when I was single and prices were reasonable. There was one house I really liked but it was out of my range at the time at $189k and taxes of about $8k (the taxes are what did it). Fast forward to today... I see that the house is for sale and the taxes are up over $10k now. But what are they asking? The want $729k!!!! Guess I should have taken a chance and bought it - I could clear $500k to $600k by selling it now. Oh well, I'm happy in my little house.

I call that the woulda shoulda coulda !! but you know what they say, everything happens for a reason! and that fact that you are happy in your home, means more than any amount of $$ in the world.
