So FH's cousin's wedding date is 07/07/07. He's from here but getting married in Iowa b/c that's where his FH is from. He moved his whole life over there for her and is in med school and scheduled to take his boards. Anyway he just found out that she has been cheating on him for two yrs w/ a 38yr old married man. Everyone is shocked and everyone has plane tickets and hotel reservations to go (its this week!) And he's like the nicest guy too...it's his first girlfriend (first love) and he would do anything for her. He even made (put together) the wedding invites.
It makes me sick to my stomach to think that this was going one while she was registering for for her new towels and bed sets...I'm like what the heck what this girl thinking??? ughh
Worst thing is he doesn't know what to do...at first he was like I'm calling it off....than this week he wants to go to consueling w/her. She basically f'*ked up his life...he missed his board exams b/c of this. How could you love someone that much that has done that to you???
**So I find out that they are actually going to go through w/the wedding. He has decided to have her sign a prenup...I can't believe this!? AND they're getting married in a Catholic church it makes me so sick. FH+I are boycotting the wedding. So we're not going, no gift...I know it sounds bad but his own sister is doing the same thing and she was supposed to be in the girl's bridal party. I can't believe this girl is going to face everyone there and go through w/this - seriously if I went over there I wouldn't be able to take it and end up doing something bad...so good thing I don't.

OMG!! That is horrible. It always happens to he nice guys. She does not deserve him. There is no words to say. She isn' too smart cheating on a great guy and having an affair with a married man. Hope everything turns around for him.

Oh God, that's horrible. What a stupid thing to do. (I'd say some other words, but, I don't want to be too mean). I hope that whatever decision your cousin makes is the right one for him.

She does not deserve to go through therapy. She is not worth it.
And you know what- what goes around comes around. I swear that is my karma. Someone is going to pay her back for what she did to him.
Poor guy - His family just needs to be here for him. That's all he needs.

Thats absolutely horrible !! I cant even Imagine being in his shoes...but if he feels he needs to make it work...then I would have to stand by that choice and hope fo rthe best ...though I dont know how easily I would do that without kicking her . I hope it works out good for him!!

that makes me so sad. cheating is bad enough, but why would you be going through a wedding if you obviously don't want to be married?
i just don't get it. if i wanted to be w someone else i would have said 'no'. forget that, i would not have been even been dating FH in the first place. i don't understand cheating.

I don't understand I don't think anyone should attend this wedding. His brother went out there to basically have a 'man to man' w/him...I hope he just knocks some sense into him and brings him back home he really needs time away to digest all of this. Going through w/the wedding is just beyond me rt now.
