OMG what to do...

Ok, so my guest list is getting a little out of hand...I want everyone on my guest list there, but we have a small upstairs room in Westbury Manor and Im afraid that its going to turn into one of those small club Hip Hop rooms! We have a nice young crazy dancing crowd and oh my what are we going to do??? FH says he doesnt mind but I dont want it to be too tight on the dance floor...the seating is fine its the dance floor Im concerned about...Im like kicking myself in the a$$ for booking that room!

don't do this to yourself AGAIN Sylvia! the dance floor is NOT that much smaller, so don't sweat it. you'll be fine up there. no need to worry!

and I am sure your guests won't mind a lil bumpin and grindin!

I know how you feel. I booked the Manor Room at the Westbury Manor. It holds 300 people and we have invited 290 people. We were discussing this last night - even though we have not maxed out the room, it is still going to be crowded. I hope we get a lot of 'no's' back.

It gets out of hand, I wish I had advise for you

I am sure evrything will be just right!

I am having the same issue at the swan club... I took the smaller room, because I wanted an intimate wedding.. but the guest list is out of hand and there are no other rooms available on my day.... I was tempted to look at another place and lose my deposit... but my FH was Livid when I made the suggestion.

OMG hello where have you been??? I so feel your pain as I went through the same thing...I mean I know that this is it, we're having our reception there but still I wish we went with the bigger room...maybe this is better...it'll curb our expenses a bit...

ETA: I cant even mention this to FH...we made a pact that I wouldnt bring this issue up again...but its bugging me...

Like Jess said, a little bumpin and grindin never hurt nobody!!!

I think you'll be fine, plus you don't want to be in a big room where the dance floor will look empty, know what I mean? It'll be great don't stress!!!

i dont know the whole situation, but is the other room available? maybe they will give it to u for the same price, just a bigger guarantee. good luck! im sure it will be beautiful no matter what, and the grounds are stunning!
