I could care less who gained weight, who kissed who, or for what reason....
They are all performers and that's what they do....they perform.

I think they all have talent (even Brittney) just in their own way....

I thought the show was great and people got what they expected....come on' It's MTV....what did we all expect? class?? composure?? haha!

I am with Theresa - good for them that they went 'out of the box' sexually instead of the usual girl-shaking-butt-for-the-guy scenario.

I thought Beyonce's performance was great! Chris Rock was too too funny - the line about DMX - 'I'm punk'd? You're STABBED!' hahahahaha!

What I didn't like was the pimp that Snoop brought out with him. Men who beat women are not cool, no matter how 'bad a$$' they are.

i loved the show.

the performance by madonna, christina and britney was great. i think christina looks good with a little extra weight.

Not for nothing, but they are already mega stars - did they really need to 'spice things up' onstage to get even more publicity? Talk about attention *****s.

I'm sure there's alot of Mom's out there that are thrilled to death that their pre-pubescent daughters idolize Brittney, now that she's fallen into the trendy catagory of pseduo lesbianism.

If I was the mom of a prepubsecent daughter, I'd be more concerned with her thinking that being a 'Slave for U' was ok than I would be about her kissing a girl!

I adore Madonna, but I find the whole 'girl kissing girl thing' for shock value is getting kinda old. It's on TV, movies, magazines, in clubs and bars. It's getting old IMO.

Publicity stunt, that's all it was.

PS Nothing wrong with the kiss. This is not going to send a million teenage girls kissing each other. JMO. Parents who are that concerned shouldn't be having their kids watch the VMAs or ANY MTV show to begin with.

I thought Chris Rock did a great job!! My husband and I were dying over his punked jokes!!

I think the Madonna/Brittney/Christina thing was great!! Aww...it was just a kiss!! If you are gay or bisexual as a teenager...seeing 2 woman or 2 men kissing is certainly not going to make you go to the 'other' side!!
