allergies, migraine, I don't know what it is, but this nagging headache and tight neck and shoulder muscles are KILLING ME!!!!

You'll know when you get a sinus infection. My allegies turn into sinus infections alot now. I know its sinus when my head hurts so bad and I feel like my head is stuffed w/ cotton. I hope you don't have one.

This is kinda gross but when you have a sinus infection the mucous has a slight odor.
