I ordered my dress from Bridesave and it came a whole month early. It's in this small cardboard box that looks big enough to only hold a baby's christening outfit. My mom is coming in tomorrow, so I won't bust it open until then.....stay tuned!

OK, so I opened the box with my mom and grandparents. It was packaged so nicely, they even included a wedding card and a Maggie Sottero certificate. Anyway, I tried it on and it is HUGE!!!! I've lost about 8 lbs. since I ordered it and I've recently joined a gym, so I know I'll be loosing more. I'm going to take it to my seamstress to see if she thinks I should return it for a smaller size or not.
My mom took pics, not sure how they will come out since it was so big on me. But I will post when she gets them.

i agree beter big than small - if it is way too huge then you may want to get a smaller one -maybe the seamstress can fix it

Went to the seamstress last night, and she said not to worry about it, that it will be fine, she was more concerned with the 3 1/2' that needs to be taken off the bottom since the dress has embroidery and bead work along the edge. She's a very talented woman, so I have complete faith and trust that it will turn out fine. What a relief her reassurance was though. And mom took yet more pics, so I'll get those up soon.

Jeannies mom here. OK ladies, here are a couple of picture of Jeannie with her gown. I will not post pictures of her in it, thats up to her. I was so excited for her and thrilled that she waited for me to open the box. I've got one terrfic daughter She looked so beautiful and will look even more ravishing on her wedding day.
