?? on Photo / Video Norms

i'm sure that a lot of this has to do with budget and personal preference, but what is the norm as far as who/what is photographed/videod? i'm guessing the bride is usu photo'd at home prior to ceremony. is the groom usu photo'd as well? ie getting ready?

also the same for video? is the bride usu video'd at all getting ready prior to ceremony? what about the groom?

We had two photographers, so one took pictures of me and the girls getting ready and the other one took pics of DH and the guys getting ready.
We had only one videographer, he came to my house.
