On Saturday

I said yes to my dress!

I HIGHLY Reccomend going to a trunk show if you know what dress/ designer/ style you want. I saved over 2k on my dress and veil!

I went to the Wedding Salon of Manhasset and they were absolutely amazing!! I chose a Lazaro dress which I want to wear every day. Cant wait to try my dress on again :)

Have fun! Everyone there is so helpful! If you find a dress you like ask if they have a trunk show comming up because they gave me such a discount and threw in a bunch of free stuff too. Enjoy!

I got LZ3213. and they gave me a 15% discount which was very helpful. They didnt let us take pictures untill I said I was going to buy the dress. AS soon as I said yes we were allowed to wip out the camera and take as many pictures as we wanted.

They also told me about a trunk show for head peices that would go with my veil. You should ask about that too

That one is gorgeous! My sisters both bought their gowns there for their weddings... they are great! I went to Kleinfelds and loved it and ended up purchasing there, but you can't go wrong with Manhasset or Bridal Reflections.

We'll be going there for the bridesmaid dresses.

Thanks I love love love my dress! I went to Kleinfelds and found the dress I wanted, then bought it at the trunk show to get the 15% off. Which dress did you get at Kleinfelds?

I have heard great things about Bridal Relections too. I plan on getting brides maids dresses from either Manhasset or Bridal Reflections

Well, I didn't say 'yes' to anything at the Wedding Salon but I had a really great experience there. I tried on a lot of gowns and the woman who helped me was so patient and helpful. I really liked 2 gowns (one was Reem Acra, the other Victor Harper), but I knew they weren't 'the one'. If anyone is still looking for a dress I strongly suggest you give the salon a try! As for me the search continues...
