what does this typically include? does it vary from place-to-place? my friend said she got married at chateau and it included the chair set-up, arches of flowers, etc. for 750. i guess my MAIN concern is, are there places where you'd have to pay an outside florist if you wanted things like, flower arches etc. for your ceremony? or is that lumped into that fee?

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
it depends on the hall, but you most likely would have to go to a florist for any add-ons.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
My site fee was $800...that allowed us to have the ceremony on site and included them setting up the chairs and my programs and such.
Flowers were through my florist, as they would have been if we had the ceremony somewhere else.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
The chateau has an arch and white flowers that are out there for ceremonies (inside or out) They are fake though I BELIEVE. I know the outside ones are. If you want anything more you have to go through a florist. Most places you have to do the flowers on your own.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
Mine was $500. I understand they need to setup for a ceremony (chairs all lined up and runner down) and we are using a seperate room so we are occupying two rooms. Then they will need to break it down etc... No flowers or anything in mine. Just chairs, runner and room. They are setting it up 'chapel' style with chairs and an aisle.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
I have been quoted anywhere from $500-$1500. I do know at some places it includes setup and take down of stuff. I also think you can negotiate on that part?

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
My ceremony fee was around 600. It includes all the chair set up, aisle runner, programs and all that stuff. They are also providing a hospitality hour for all the guests that are there before the ceremony starts. We also have an arch with fresh flowers as well as 3 stands on each side of the aisle with tulle and fresh flowers on each stand ( 6 large arrangements)
We decided to get marrried at a church, but I think Westbury Manor and Fox Hollow provide flowers for the ceremony. I don' t remember the fee. FM me if your interested. I will look it up when i get home.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
The places we went had all different ceremony fees (some of the them were crazy and you basically got nothing but chair set up) and most did not include flowers. While FH was in the middle price range, I think it a fair price because it includes the flowers.

Re: 'on-site ceremony fee'??
At Russo's im paying $750 for the ceremony - it includes set up, staff and we also get a hospitality room for guests a 1/2 hour before hand - I think they said they can supply a runner if i need one... Im going to have to take care of the flowers, but plan to make it simple and have those flowers put into the reception room afterwards....

$700 for on-site ceremony fee with pianist & flutist. This is not including huppah, flowers and tower for flowers.
