On the topic of Brazillian (TMI warning)

On the topic of Brazillian (TMI warning)

I am thinking of getting done for the wedding but dont' know how many days before I should go?

I have sensitive skin, and am thinking of going to bliss, since I have never waxed anywhere along the bikini line (I shaved). Also, does it hurt from stubble when it grows back? How soon does it start to grow back? Do I need to bring razors on my honeymoon with me?

Thanks

Alina - take 4 Advil about an hour before you go into Bliss.... You are going to feel sooooooooooooo clean! Unless you are going on a HM for more than 3 weeks, I wouldn't say to bring your razor with you, unless you need it for other spots on your body!

Not at all the way it does when you shave!

It takes from 10 to 25 minutes, depends on how skilled the waxer is and how badly you needed a wax! The one time I went to Bliss it took forever and it hurt, so i don't go there anymore! I prefer J.Sisters or Dorit Baxter.

I went to someone else, she was very sweeet, but didn't know what she was doing, so it turned me away from Bliss forever!

Whatnow? JSister's didn't hurt? I keep on hearing/reading the opposite? And I was all set to go to Bliss (since its my first time waxing that region alltogether)...

Now I am confused, in addition to being nervous

Again, all depends on who you see! Joyce in J. Sisters is exellent, and so fast you don't have time to feel the pain, then there is someone named Emma i went to once, when Joyce was away and she was awfull, I though I was going to die! If other girls say they know someone specific at Bliss who is good, you should go to her! It's important to have some inside info for a delicate thing like that!

My coworker gave me 2 names (she used them for regular bikini wax) so I was thinking of trying them.

I have heard that Dorothy at Bliss was really good. I am planning on trying her eventually, I keep having to reschedule my appts I want to try it before my wedding, just in case there is a reaction or something. I dont want to be out of commission for my HM

How long should you allow your hair to grow in order to get it waxed?

I've never even gotten a bikini wax - do you think I should start there before going brazillian??
