Yes, the maitre'd is in charge of all the staff and the food etc... the bridal attendant is there for YOU, so enjoy

Yes, we get both. I think the bridal attendant makes sure you have everything you need and the Maitre'd makes sure the reception runs smoothly (does that make sense?)

I don't believe we do get to meet them ahead of time.
At least not at CB, I would imagine WM is the same?

I guess you could request to. My Maitre'd is also my banquest manager, so we have built a rapport. I am not really worried about the bridal attendant cause that is not something I need anyway.....but if you feel comfortable, defintely request to meet with them.

I don't want to have to think about ANYTHING. I just want to be pointed in a direction and told to GO!

Re: On the wedding day...
I can't imagine what the Birdail attendant is supposed to do though? i think of myself as prtty low maintnence, but mayeb I wo't be on my weddign day.
When I was a bridesmaid I thnik the attendat put the bouquets on the dais & put our purses by our seats, when we were in the bridal suite, before we went into the dining room & told us when to line up to be announced. But that'all I remember. My wedding isn't going to be that structured though, I hope I'm not tripping over all these people.
Sometimes I think bewteen , the 2 photographers & the assitant, multiple band members, maitre d', the bathroom attendant, and the bridal attendant, my wedding will be mostly strangers.
