Ok Ladies, my next vendor is DJ. I'm looking for a DJ and a MC, wall uplighting, 5 hours, and possibly a steel drum add on for cocktail hour.
How did you choose you DJ? Word of Mouth? Seeing them at a previous wedding? A Venue Recommended Vendor? Or seeing them at a showcase? I am in no mood to go around and listen to all these DJs lol
I'll take any recommendations you may have & quotes if you wouldn't mind FMing them to me

im booked with tommy's tunes..i saw them a few times performing at showcases and what i liked about them was that they had a lot of energy. they do offer live music. good luck. FM if you want a quote

We actually booked with SilverFox for photography and videography and they said they also had a DJ company. We scheduled and met with Opera Steve who was amazing!! He has some gold records, is a professional opera singer and has worked with some famous artists on records and was so personable and fun! We booked ON THE SPOT!

I'm booked with Tommy's Tunes, LOVED tommy when we went in to meet him. We were in there talking for an hour and a half before we started talking numbers, and we booked him on the spot! My quote was just for one DJ/MC and no uplighting so I'm not sure it would help but feel free to FM.
We liked Phil from After Hours too but TTs was cheaper. HTH!
Definitely check out After Hours!! They are super reasonable and have everything you want!!! I went by two referrals from him and was not disappointed!! Good Luck!

We've booked with AllStar DJ. Paul (the DJ) works with FH at his 'real job' but DJ's weddings just about every weekend. He gave us a quote of $800 for 5 hrs with MC, but I don't know if that's because he's known FH for like 10 years. FM me if you want his info.
