? on vow renewal in Italy

Does anyone know how to go about booking a church and priest in Positano, Italy? Actually, anywhere on the Amalfi coast would be fine. I want to surprise my parents by arranging for a surprise vow renewal for their 40th anniversary.
I'd appreciate any info anyone has!
Thanks!
