I am not one for violence

My grandmother (God rest her soul) would say I must be really important for one to take the time to talk about me. If they figure me to be so important, then all you have to do is give them more ammo to talk about. If they do choose to talk make sure that when they talk they get the facts right.

I try not to spend my time talking about people, that is way too much negative energy. I am more into positive fun stuff. To halt all gossip, when you get FM or called or told instead of carrying it on, you should nip it in the bud and let the messenger know you are not interested. Unless of course its is something uplifiting to the spirit.

Remember he who gossips with you, will gossip about you.
