because Shamma...lately anytime anyone says something that a select few do not agree with, the person is basically attacked. It never was like this but this site has turned out not to be any fun anymore....everyone is always complaining about one thing or another....I have been here for a long time....maybe too long and like others it my time to make a break.

Look whats going on around you girls, who really cares who talks about who in what forum mail? Is that the biggest concern of your life? Talking about others behind their backs, trying to find out who, doing it in the first place, taking time to post about it....i think that there are more important things going on in this world right now. Its like today, one of the parents from my job, Im a preschool teacher, is on life support. She got into a car accident with both her children (thank god they r ok) and has had 2 brain surgeries since then. Shes only 34...these r the things that make you realize how precious life is and what is truly important. Do I really care what bathing suit T wears, no...in the same respect do I really care that others are offended by it? Nope I dont...put things into perspective people...look around you and realize whats important and whats catty. Our weddings amd marriages are important...the point of this site I thought to begin with...not all this BS!

yea we are seeing what is around us, but every once in a while we need to step away from reality and have fun. T's posts are fun and enlighting and for one brief moment they take us away from the cruel reality around us.

Nychic.. First I want you to know that we all pray for your friend. I hope that this is still a place that we can all come to for support when needed.

My nieces husband is right now fighting in Iraq. She is only 24 yrs old and so is he. They have 2 beautiful daughters, 4 yrs and 10 mos. My 2 beautiful great nieces (and I mean great) may lose their father to this war.

It is or would be nice to still have a place to come to to discuss the stupid every day things that will still effect our lives on a daily basis w/o being attacked for having differing opinions. It is a bit sad that we do have to start certain responses with 'I know I am going to get flamed for this but...), but that seems to be what has been happening lately.

I honestly think every lady on here is great and has a lot to contribute, but we need to be able to do that w/o any backlash JMO

Yes i agree that her posts r fun..I always read them but not posts like this. In what way is this one fun? I think its just self centered and silly from both sides...I never said just T...its all so silly in light of everything else in this world. I wish all we all had to do was worry about what people fm'ed each other about each other..than the world would be a wonderful place!

I agree with Lisa Rose. I thought the suits were ugly and inappropriate for just about any venue. If I saw that bathing suit on a beach and I had children, I'd probably have to move my blanket.

No offense, T - but saying we need to get out more over a bathing suit isn't very kind. We don't all have your beautiful body, ok? And I mean that in the nicest way possible.

This whole thread just smacks of cliqueishness and elitism and a we vs. they mentality. I think the real we vs they that we all need to be concerned with is the war.

I haven't had my coffee yet today.

I agree that T’s posts are amusing but to call them enlightening is a bit over the top. There is nothing enlightening about bathing suites and lip injections. T – you have every right to do you want without criticism but if you put things out there then you have to expect people to disagree, Just like you disagree with them they have the right to do the same in return.

I think most of us come to this site for info on our weddings but we also come to get away from the horrible things going on in the world but some of the posts are really useless. I don’t really think we need to know when someone is stepping away for a minute or that their FH worked late. This is just my opinion and in all honesty, I don’t care if people agree or not but I think I speak for some out there who do enjoy the drama every once in a while but sometimes it is really pure non sense. We should be able to debate and have different opinions and everyone should respect that. We are all adults.

I have found the 'cliquiness' to be more prevalent these days than others.
