the friggin biotch below us never shuts off her tv and has the volume on 65. no matter how loud i crank our tv i still hear her sh!tty programming - all night long all day long. I am going to kill her!!!
she isnt even nice!!! When she first introduced herself she did by first and last name. So when we moved in we got a piece of her mail - i knocked on her door and she tells me its not hers....ok so if you wanna be that way, ill return ur lipa bill to lipa. firggin biotch!

Wait... I just saw a Ben Stiller / Drew Barrymore movie about exactly this. Watch it. Might give you some ideas about how to handle this!!! (Or just give you a few laughs.) Not sure what the name of the movie is.

I still live at home, and my brother's room is below mine, and he listens to his TV soooooooo loud. Because we're related, I have no problem stomping on the floor or texting him to lower his TV. But I totally understand where you're coming from, it's soooo annoying!!!
