One Last Dance Question..

One Last Dance Question..

Ok, this has also had me stumped. My FH Father is almost like my own. I grew a very close relationship with him over the past 5 years, so I would like to incorporate him into my recption as well. I don't know if I want to do a dance, since I already have the dedication song to my Father, (RIP) and then the brother sister dance and of corse the mother son dance. I don't want people getting bored watching dance after dance. Anyone have any suggestions were I can show how much I value him during the wedding reception? If you think it's really not that many dances already, then what song should I do? I want to completely surprise him. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

maybe you can just dedicate a song to him? like get on the mic and say a quick dedication/thanks...and then just have the song play and everybody dance?

Maybe have him pick a song and dance with him-it doesnt have to be a special dance, it can just be a slow song you picked

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will just say a quick little dedication to him.
As for my Father, he passed away in 2005, so I will have a picture slide show with some type of Daddy's little girl song... Haven't decided on one yet...any suggestions??

I've grown to love my FFIL like my own dad too. My FH feels the same way about my parents.

We are going to all dance to the song 'We are Family' together. Me with my FFIL, My FH with my mom, and my dad will dance with my FMIL.
