Glen Island is beautiful!!! But I believe it's expensive. But it's def worth calling! I could be biased too lol but I'm getting at the coral house in baldwin. That place has had new management for a few years now and it's better than it's ever been! ;) and my FH is an event planner there!

Both venues look gorgeous! And I'm jealous Boca loops like such a nice area to settle down, me and FH plan on looking in Boca/Deerfield once we doesn't have to travel to Miami everyday anymore! And wedding planning is so stressful x ten from afar, I just took a week off after I picked a venue and got all of the big things that you need to do while in town. .. people were quite envious that I practically planned my whole wedding in a week lol good luck!

Thank you! ss451378. Right now we are negotiating with both places trying to decide. we saw like 19 in 4 days haha! crazy amount of time spent in the car driving from place to place! Boca is nice but its kinda quiet over here we have to go to Fort Lauderdale or Miami for fun. FH commuted from here to Pinecrest for like 5 months and the commute killed him! Did you find your dress in FL and if so where? Also did you take engagement pics here? Might as well try to take pics here. I am definitely envious that you were able to plan the whole wedding in 1 week!

Yeah we probably won't move until want to have kids bc i can't imagine not having a yard, but for now I love being not even 5 mins from riverwalk! But I actually got my dress in LI and we didn't do engagement photos, I'm not remotely photogenic lol

We met with Surf Club but we wouldn't give them $1 let alone anything else. Yes it was beautiful and magnificent place but the guy we spoke with was such an ***. Very pompous and we just didn't want to work with him. But that was just us. We went with The Venetian Yacht Club. It has the water view we want. They gave us the price we wanted. We are about 30 days away and we simply can't wait. We know we made the right choice. Good luck!!! Hope you find your dream place :)
