I would just write Georgia Ann. I have two middle names, but I only included the first one. I think it would look too long otherwise

We only put our first and middle no last name.

Our parents had our last names so they would figure out who it was... I think that is how its mostly done Right?

&
Russell Raymond Last Name
request the honour of your presence etc>

Georgia Ann is my first name
Carol is my middle

I didn't put my middle name... never actually thought about it but now I kinda wish I had
