So I'm a little bummed because I chose a BM dress color and, up until now, the girls have been completely on board. One of my BM's (who I haven't seen or really spoken to much since this wedding planning stuff started) came to visit me in Philly for my birthday yesterday. I showed her the swatch of the color and could tell by the look on her face that she was disappointed and really didn't want to wear it. All the other girls are completely fine with it and they actually like it. I told my BM that if she really didn't like it we could go back to the drawing board, which I think will be tough now with everyone else on board. In the end, she gave me the sort of half a$s'ed 'Well it's not that bad, it's fine...' Now I just feel so guilty and I know she hates the color. What should I do?
Just to give you an idea, our colors are green and pink - I know a little easter egg-y, but I like them.

Honestly, I wouldn't care if only one of your BM's doesn't like the color. It's your wedding so IMO you should have final say. I want chocolate brown for my BM's and 2 of them are saying that it's not 'colorful' enough so how about we do a different color (they want dusty rose - I automatically vetoed that!) But it's my wedding and I'm getting the final say in what colors they wear.
You only get married once (hopefully ) so choose what color makes YOU happy!

I agree with all these ladies, keep ur colors. It's one day she has to wear it. I think they are pretty. I have a BM that complained that she hates strapless dresses. OH WELL!!!! I told her to buy a good bra then.

You really can't please everyone. I personally LOVE the colors. One of my cousins did green with pink accents and it was absolutely beautiful! She only has to wear the dress for a few hours on one day, its not a big deal! I say stick with your decision! You got the majority on board with ya!

What doesn't she like about it? I mean if those are the colors you want to use, I don't see why you should feel guilty? It's a very pretty dress!

I would have to agree with everyone else. You can't let one BM get you down. Trying to make everyone happy will make you go INSANE, trust me... I have 11 BMs and it's really tough to make EVERYONE happy. It's your day.. she will have hers too....

If you LOVE it don't change. Its amazing that you have so many BMs that love it. :) Girls never agree! Plus, I am sure she will love it once she is wearing it.

Personally I think it's YOUR choice and NOT hers. My sister had us wear a henious shade of green and I didn't say a word and wore it because she liked it. She is doing the same for me. I say keep it. Most of the girls like it and you can't please everyone. It's all about you and what YOU like.
